On Feb 5 2023 we gathered to celebrate the Lantern Festival and Crown Way’s Spring Festival Gala. On behalf of the company I extend sincere thanks and warm greetings to all leaders and colleagues. Thanks to your joint efforts, Crown Way stands where it is today. I pay high tribute and heartfelt gratitude to every dedicated and ambitious team member. Your hard work and selfless commitment allowed Crown Way to forge ahead even amid three challenging pandemic years.

Past storms are behind us; we press forward courageously. Ahead lie difficulties alongside opportunities. That evening Mr. Song and Mr. Qi delivered speeches reviewing past achievements and outlining 2023 targets. We must seize market opportunities, ride macro economic tides and stand united to create greater glory.

Outstanding employees and long tenured staff were recognized and awarded. We thank them for their contributions and expect further achievements in 2023 to drive Crown Way to new heights.

Led by Mr. Qi and Mr. Song, all raised glasses in celebration. Lucky draw sessions added excitement as shareholders continuously boosted prize pools.

This festive evening marks a new starting point, heralding new growth and brilliant prospects for Crown Way. As the Lantern Festival approaches, we wish every leader and colleague smooth work, good health and happy families. May Crown Way embrace an even brighter tomorrow.
