▉  Jiangmen Bingxin Packaging Co., Ltd.

The Jiangmen Bingxin is the first directly-owned production base of Bingxin Group in South China. Officially put into production in 2017, it has a total investment of 300 million yuan and covers an area of 83.5 mu (approximately 55,667 square meters). Its establishment aims to fill the production capacity gap in South China, form a strategic pattern of "north-south echo" with bases in Guangzhou, Chengdu and other cities, and serve the fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, logistics and other industrial clusters in the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Macao regions.

▉  Project Composition

It consists of two 2500 five-ply corrugator lines, full-rotary-disk paper rolls logistics, fully intelligent paper output cardboard logistics, and an intelligent logistics system.

▉  Project Highlights

The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and the logistics scheduling system are interconnected in real time. After the production equipment consumes a certain amount of cardboard, the system automatically triggers a replenishment order. The cardboard logistics scheduling system dynamically adjusts the distribution priority according to the current production capacity, so that the logistics rhythm is perfectly synchronized with the production rhythm. This "production-as-distribution" model has increased the equipment utilization rate of Jiangmen Bingxin by 15% and completely eliminated the "material waiting and shutdown" phenomenon under the traditional model.
